I was quite satisfied with my experience, however it is more pricey than other RMTs I've gone to, where the cost is more like $110 for 60 minutes. I'd like to return, but with taxes and tip, this runs about $135 for only 50 minutes.

Although I used a gift card and I wanted to use the full amount for specific treatments, I would have liked a better understanding of products used. Rather then asking. Also I wanted to leave a cash tip and couldn't get change. What is the service tax. That was not communicated at the time of payment. I saw it on the invoice sent when I got home.

great massage for the price. I do miss the additional add on to make the massage 60mins (+10mins).

Happy with the Massage Therapist, Tom He took care of my needs and very friendly. Convenient location from my home. Very friendly reception staff.

The areas that I wanted to be worked on wasn't addressed very well and areas that I did not mention were worked on. The oil smelled a bit old, but I liked the fact that they wiped it off after. Pressure could have been more.

The massage room had stale oil smell.

Too expensive for a 50 min maasage

Therapist use a lot of elbow part for massage and that is kind of irritating. Use of palm is way more relaxing.
