Hand and Stone

The experience was fine. Didn't really have any concerns

When I originally called I thought the price for facial was. X amount. But when it was time to pay for it the amount was different.

Appointment booking was cumbersome. Not able to use intro rates with gift card.

I am Satisfied

First of all, It's a brand and I heard so many people telling about hand Stone. ya I feel good experience finally.

the linen wasn't white anymore and the odour of the room and linen wasn't pleasant.

The room was cold

Not all areas were targeted.

Slow check in and very slow check out.

I was not pleased that Id did not receive a receipt outlining what I paid for right away when I was in the facility. I also had to email for my insurance receipt although it was supposed to be emailed to me. At other spas I have attended they give you a receipt outlining what you are paying for and print out the insurance receipt and give it to me right after my appointment. This is the first facility that I had to wait for my receipt and ask for my insurance receipt.
