Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere in reception and the room. Easy to book online.

The experience of the massage itself was great, very satisfied with that but it's just very expensive. Understanding part of the cost goes into the full experience with the music, towels, etc but still. And the membership deal is great but doesn't work well with insurance payouts. I'm asked each time about the membership but unless it is designed to work well to maximize my insurance then I don't think many people would be interested.

It would be great to know the strength of each therapist prior to booking. Lily was great. I need someone stronger like deep tissue. Thanks

Booking page could show who's available and who's not on the selected dates and times. Having to scroll through each therapist one by one to see who's available is a bit time consuming.

The massage was very good. The reception upon arrival was not. I felt ignored.

I know times are tough for everyone and I don’t have an issue tipping for services however should not be asked if you want to top that’s a personal choice in any industry and not common or usual for insurance covered medical services. So that is awkward. The tip option shows on payment option and that’s sufficient no need to ask in front of the RMT if you wish to tip them. Other massage places I go to do not ask or even have tip as an option.

First time at this location so it was all new to me. Haven’t built up the familiarity / comfort level yet. Massage therapist wore a mask during the service which helped me feel more comfortable, but receptionists did not wear masks so I was less comfortable in the reception area, considering Covid.
