Massages are great, but asking the customer at the front, in the presence of everyone else “would you be providing a tip to your masseuse?” Is a pressure tactic that is rude and awkward. There are envelopes to tip at the back already and that just ruined the whole experience.

I have not had a massage for a very long time and asked for a recommendation but was not given. I wanted more pressure but was not sure to ask and also I was not asked. It felt okay after the massage but not what I was expecting.

Massage therapist was late for my appointment. Session started late so my foot massage which was extra was VERY short and not satisfying.

The receptionist was a bit “green”, asked repeated questions. But she was friendly. Not sure why the towels were all kind of wet, maybe it was intentional? Prefer dry and fluffy towel.

I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment but my appointment started 10 minutes late but was not made up for in the end, was cut short and not the time I paid for.

Could offer snacks and hot tea to add ambience to the location

Appreciate the staff and their great customer service. My wife and I really enjoyed and have referred a few of our friends to get their aches fixed here!

I don’t normally give the maximum unless it was spectacular.

My massage was full Body but the massage therapist did not turn me over to massage me. I lied on my stomach for the whole massage. In my past massages at other spas they turn you over on my back and massage my hands, legs, and shoulders. The cover for the head ring shed and left fuzz on my face.
