The staff I dealt with were new but Vivian was excellent in giving us more details.

The pricing for the services are a bit pricey. I will not be able to submit towards treatments as I would like to.

I suppose I was expecting to feel a little bit more welcome and comfortable upon my arrival. The first 10-15 of my massage there was no lotion/oil used (understandably for my head), but for my neck/back of shoulders, I would have preferred lotion.

Difficulty booking appointment for my friend when we wanted to get the massage together. The system wouldn’t allow both appointments to my account (I.e. email confirmation and credit card to reserve appointment). Also, Insurance receipt was received the day after appointment.

There was a paint smell in my room. It was really hard to relax

I may have made an error as I was highly satisfied and I'm not sure how to go back to check my answers.

Nothing specific. The foot treatment i booked for it should be more relaxing and more time should be spent on foot treatment. Basicaally i was not satisfied with foot treatment.

My overall experience at this Hand & Stone location and my massage therapist, Ellen, was pleasant. Everything met my expectations, nothing in particular stood out as exceptional. Based on my experience, I would recommend this location as I have also booked a second appointment myself.

The online pre-screen form is glitchy. Had to attempt 5 times before I was able to get it to work.

Very good experience. Facials are good but depends on other people's comfort level with going to a Spa post COVID. Also some products had scent in it and I have to see if my skin reacts after a day or so.
