Hand and Stone

I have been to different massage places before. Some place have a shower or change room for the customer to take a quick shower after getting treatment. Since the RMT applies and oil or lotion on me during the massage it would have been nice to shower and clean up. This organization did not have a shower so after putting on my clothes I felt a bit sticky.

AS i am the first time using your service, not sure the pressure is good for me or not, as my problem still there.

My muscle pains and aches were still present the next day. The massage therapist didn’t properly communicate what I should do upon leaving the room and just said “take your time.” He didn’t tell me that he was starting aromatherapy with the oil so I was not well-informed during the process. When the massage had finished and he left, he didn’t tell me that I could leave the room whenever I’m finished changing to go pay at the front desk. Mainly just lack of communication and details given as to what’s going on. It was my first time getting a massage and going to hand and stone so I would’ve appreciated more information as to what I should do when I’m in the massage room and when I leave etc.

Unsure about level of pressure on back - prefer massage to focus on large back muscles versus spinal area. Products (cream) were fine, no real preference either way

The receptionist was extremely blunt and not friendly when I called the first time to inquire about an available time to schedule a massage. The phone call was rushed and I had forgotten to ask one of my questions. I called back to inquire with no pick-up the day before my appointment. Waited approximately half hour before calling back; no pick up so I left a message. The next day I went into the spa for my appointment is when she mentioned she received my voicemail and answered my question. She heard my voicemail but chose not to call me back. Overall experience with my massage therapist was positive. She applied appropriate pressure and a lot of my pressure/pain points were addressed. Thank you so much! I did feel that the products used (I actually have no idea what oil was used) felt really light so the massage therapist's hand did not glide as smoothly when providing treatment.

The cost is too high It’s only cheaper if you sign up as a member which I didn’t want to sign up to

I was very satisfied with my services, great value for money.

In general speaking, this is my first visit and I do feel everything is quite alright. I will most likely to re-visit again in the next couple of weeks, if its overall services is able to maintain same as this time, I will increase its rating for sure.

Massage was good but was not the best or most exceptional facility.
