The staff were friendly, but didn't go out of their way to help. Also, the rigid booking schedules were difficult to find time that works.

The misinformation about being offered a receipt for my massage while using a gift certificate was an unpleasant surprise. If I had known ahead of time, I would have saved the gift certificates for another service (facial) and not gotten a massage.

The experience was good but I didn’t see any cleaning happening In common spaces before or after I went into my appointment. Though it may have happened.

I appreciate that the appointment was on time, although a one hour massage is actually 50mins always feel not so worth it. Yet I will keep coming back because the location is convenient for me, and the environment is very clean and comfortable. The massage therapist this time was doing a good job. In the past, many of them are too weak in strength even to the best effort.

Experience was good, nothing specific that I was dissatisfied with. However, I had a chance to try one of your competitors services (Massage Addict) who offers 60 mins at their membership price of $69.99. Their business model is very similar with a membership pricing construct hence my feedback that H&S charging $79.99 for only 50 mins is the only reason that would deter me from continuing your services. Thanks.

I had a RMT coupon which I wanted to redeem.so I booked an appt for myself and my husband. But the receptionist said that my coupon was not valid, due to which we needed to reschedule the appts and the last minute it turned out the coupon was indeed valid. We lost 2 days in this process as we needed to vine twice
