Difficult on some instances with the English language barrier. The esthetician gave great pointers, understood my needs with my skin. Made recommendations. But difficult to give highly satisfied rating on my first visit. Esthetician did everything right though

I tried the massage, I find the massager not as experience as it should be, may only 1 yr in the field.

The receptionist had two cell phones in front of her and was playing on it when processing payment.

Although the massage was great and masseuse knowledgable, it wasn't 50 mins as promised. Masseuse was able to target areas and was good versus the other masseuse I went to at same location.

I had a massage and then a facial, and in between I had to get dressed because I was not shown where the facial was going to be. As a relaxing day, it would have been nice to flow from one appointment to the next in a robe.

I have been to other H&S locations and they use a towel to cover the eyes when it’s time to flip over From your back to the front. Dissatisfied on that part bc the light is always a bother to my eyes. Also, in the washrooms you could add some body cream and nice soaps. Just felt that it used cheap soap and toilet paper

Long story short I had bought a membership at another location not in my city. I didn't realize the perks were for individual locations. I asked my location close to my home if we could trade the perk or something as I got myself and my boyfriend both memberships. the location close to my home took forever to book my appointment and then wasn't sure if they could honor the newbie perk but said most likely. I get a call the day before my massage informing me to come 15 minutes early because it was our first time and that they could not honor any perk. She wasn't pleasant and didn't seem to overly helpful. Next day no fault to anyone freezing rain, we showed up for 15 minutes early and no one was there. 5 mins to our appointment someone showed up. Stanley was very helpful, he was able to switch our memebership to this location but appointment ran behind. Also it was my bf's first time EVER getting a massage and his guy didn't anything during the service. Even after mentioning it was his first time. thank god it was a couples massage and my guy explained the steps and he could here from me.

I would rather not say. I appreciate that I was asked, but it is just a general feeling that I have. I can not ascertain exactly why.
