The cost for the service is more than at other spas.

Very friendly service and there was no wait time.

My experience was based on my first time, a highly satisfaction needs consistent quality and ongoing experience.

The facial needed some work. After it - there was product left on my face as well as cotton. She was a really nice girl tho. Maybe just has to work on her technique more.

No bike racks outside to accommodate those who use active transportation to get to their appointments.

With previous massages I have been able to easily book a time online while learning about the education of the therapist. It was challenging to book a time here because I had to call and I wasn't able to learn about the therapist prior to my visit. In addition to this I normally make these personal arrangements in the morning around 5am or 6am when the location is closed. Overall I really liked the location, the ambient and the people working there are lovely. Another recommendation I would provide is not overloading your clients with information at the end of the session. When I calm after my treatment and in a relaxed state I was being told about numerous offers and promotion. An email with this information about 24 - 48 hours after my treatment would have been well received.

First visit so not sure what else the location has to offer. Great knowledge as far as RMT was concerned She worked on problem areas.

In an one hour massage, I was brought to the room 5 mins late, then talked with therapist and undressed, and massage ended 9 mins before the scheduled end time.

I don’t think there were enough therapist even though it was opening and promotional week. More RMTS should have been hired to accommodate the customers times.
