I was greeted by Georgia and she helped me with everything I needed immediately. She was really kind and very friendly.

When I went in the fellow was very helpful. He helped me choose my mattress and after I went dizzy when sitting back up he made me a cup of tea and was very helpful and good.

James our Sales Assistant was helpful, informative and charming with out being pushy. We felt his main objective was to ensure we got the bed we needed.

The sales guy James was helpful without being pushy and patient as we tried different mattresses. We'd hoped to find a bed frame too but limited showroom meant we went elsewhere for a frame. The sleep machine was particularly helpful in determining which mattress style would be best for us.

We had seen the bed we wanted to purchase online and was pleased to see it in store so we could see what we were buying. The sales assistant wasn't pushy like in other stores and was very helpful. We are looking forward to our new bed!

Very helpful & knowledgable staff. We weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for but Giorgia helped and made sure we found the right mattress and pillow. She took the time to show us and explain things to us That we hadn’t really thought of. She was very helpful and kind, didn’t push for a sale but found us the right items we wanted which made us want to order them with her.
