James helped us find the bed and mattress we so desperately need. His knowledge and service was outstanding, he is a credit to your team. The products are fantastic quality, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. The lead time was less than half that of your competitors ⭐️

We were greeted within 30 seconds of entering the store and asked if we needed help. We explained what we wanted and Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable with what we had asked for. He was not pushy and was not trying to give us the big sell. He was explaining the differences between things and answering all of our questions with confidence. We decided to order the Osaka bed, raspberry memory foam mattress and the firm pillows. The next stage was to place the order. We were offered refreshments (which was very kind). The ordering process was handled very professionally. Adam explained every step and we felt confident that we had made the right decision purchasing the bed from Dreams of Worcester. We had only popped to Worcester for the day and while passing the Dreams store we just called in to have another look at the bed to make sure it’s what we wanted. Due to Adam not being pushy and his assistance we decided to purchase the bed from the Worcester store instead of returning to our local store which was Telford. We now look forward to the delivery. Thank you Adam. Ps, I will be back to buy the super king duvet at some point.

Charlotte the lady who looked after us could not have been more helpful. We knew we wanted a mattress for our spare bed but not much more. She was so helpful without being overbearing. We were very delighted with the service we got xx

A Salesman in the Watford branch( we previously bought a bed at the Watford store) helped me over the phone and contacted the Worcester store to let them know I would call in. The staff at the Worcester branch James and Charlotte could not be faulted.

The store assistant I dealt with (Charlotte Worcester) was friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products.
