Very friendly assistant called Charlotte helped us with our selection and advised on other options and upgrades, also pleased with the fact that we were not put under any pressure to make a purchase

James was clear and professional and very helpful where required

James was just incredibly attentive,knowledgeable and helpful. Great listening skills. Provided us all the information we needed to go away, have a think about it overnight and make a decision. We were actually so impressed that we stepped out of the store and within ten minutes we were back placing the order! He also makes a great coffee! Great service and safety measures in place. The friendly, knowledgeable and Professional advice we received from Charlotte, supported by the new technology used when assessing our sleeping patterns.

We visited the store on 2 occasions and both times Adam was very friendly and approachable, taking time to explain products, use the test bed to see what suited me, but also gave me time to look around in my own time and not feel pressured. He offered us drinks on both visits, and when I decided to make a purchase, he offered a drink again whilst he processed the order. Customer service was excellent, which is the main deciding factor in scoring highly satisfied.

Georgia was very polite and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable about the products she advised us on and gave us adequate time to consider our options. At no time during our visit did we feel pressurised into making a purchase and we were thoroughly impressed with our visit.
