What a lovely and helpful member of staff James was listened to our needs and talked us through everything taking time to show us and let us try out different mattresses

Georgia was excellent, helpful knowledgable and seemed genuinely caring

Not realising Dreams opened at 10, I arrived at 9.45 . James in the Worcester branch walked over smiling and welcoming. He engaged with me reassuring me he always opened and was prepared before opening and happy to assist. The floor was so full of mattresses it was hard to know where to start. Again James promptly put me at ease and seamlessly took me through the process. He made me feel at ease, respectful of the covid restrictions, offered me a drink (it’s been an indian summer and hot), explained the assessment machine and the science behind it. I found James to be suitably knowledgeable, patient, a good listener and understanding of my requirements. I found him professional, helpful and courteous throughout

I needed a matteres which turns out to be not a eu standard size, as my bed is an antique, and the staff did a lot of research , to solve the problem and found us the best solution , very happy . We will re visit .

The staff were friendly and efficient at understanding our needs and err very knowledgeable in pointing us in the right direction. Very good with our kids and got the order placed in a speedy yet friendly and professional manner.

Charlotte was very friendly and professional and took time to understand our needs. She spent time with us and explained things well. We only went to the Worcester store for a mattress but based on Charlottes approach we decided to buy a bed base as well. We were offered a quick delivery but wanted a later date and Charlotte arranged this for us. Excellent service and would go back in the future.

Charlotte greeted us shortly after we went in the store and asked there was anything she could do to help. Charlotte was very friendly, patient and professional. Charlotte offered us a drink and we had a bottle of water. Charlotte also offered us another cold or hot drink later. Charlotte explained the machine which works out the most appropriate mattress and found this experience enjoyable and beneficial. Charlotte then showed us the appropriate mattresses and we chose one before deciding on an ottoman bed. Charlotte was very knowledgeable, approachable friendly and this made choosing a bed a very enjoyable experience! We were looking for a bed that we could have in the next couple of weeks and we were very surprised that the bed we wanted could be delivered in just over 2 weeks which we found amazing! The manager was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend buying a bed from Dreams. The first time buying a bed was fun! Thank you very much.
