The knowledge, enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff together with the large number of mattresses to tryout was a great “painless “ experience. Tried out mattresses, discuss then decide! Helpful staff on hand to assist.

Every minute, thought and consideration must have been meticulously thought through. I phoned ahead to get a feel for the Covid guidelines and was given all the information I needed in a succinct and concise way. When we entered the store there was a relaxed atmosphere as we were not jumped on by sales staff. The show room was well laid out giving space yet covering a big range of products. we were asked if we would like a drink (very nice thought). James had already done some homework prior to attending the store and he shared his product selections off the back of our criteria. Once the sales staff (James) saw were were having issues deciding, he kindly supported the decision making process. We used a machine that measured our postural needs and received recommendations of mattresses to try. His knowledge and friendly approach gave us confidence in his support. He genuinely is a big asset to the Worcester sales team. He made sure we had his and hers pillows to make our experience even better. It could not be faulted, no pressure, just solid advise and insight into the technology and products. we are treated with respect and a genuine desire to help. Well done James

I have never had to buy a bed before so it was a new experience and had no idea what I needed but I had an idea of what I wanted but wouldn't have known where to start. Georgia at the Worcester store assisted us. She was really knowledgeable and helpful but we didn't feel pressured to buy the wrong item for us, she wanted to help us find what was right for us. She was honest and helped us select what we needed and what suited us and was really clear about the information when we purchased.

We were very pleased with customer service and we got all the help we needed to found out mattress I would highly recommend

We were served by attentive and knowledgeable Georgia. We were pleased to see that she wore a mask all the time she served us. She was patient and answered all our questions. We were shown a good selection of mattresses and given plenty of time to try them all. We had all the technicalities of each one explained to us clearly. We were offered a drink and the atmosphere was friendly and well organised. The mattress we ultimately chose appears right for us and we took home free pillows too.

We were met upon entrance, offered a drink then taken to the sleep analysis machine. We were allowed to try several mattresses and then gave feedback which the store person used to advise on an appropriate mattress.
