As soon as I walked in the store an assistant came straight over to ask me if she could help me. She was very knowledgeable about all the items and didn’t just try and sell me the most expensive item. She made sure I was aware what came with my purchase and did not hurry me to make a purchase.

James, the salesman who assisted us in the Worcester store, Lowesmoor, was excellent, his product knowledge was impressive, he was friendly, polite and courteous. In fact I mentioned to my wife on the way home from the store how excellent the customer service we received was.

Customer service was exemplary, the store associate James took time to explain the options took us through the bed tester and walked us round various alternatives.

Variety and quality of products we were looking at was excellent and the assistant offered practical and informative advice to assist us with our decision

Georgia was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She gave just the correct amount of advice and support.

Charlotte was really helpful asked about how I slept, any back problems, what types of bed I was thinking about and showed several options following having the sleep assessment done. The sleep assessment was very relaxing I would have probably chosen the wrong firmness of mattress without the assessment. When my first choice of bed frame was not available Charlotte was able to suggest similar alternatives and make changes to the set up of the frame to meet my needs.
