Excellent service from a friendly chap

I was highly satisfied because from the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left we had a great experience! We went to the Worcester store and Georgia was a superstar, her knowledge and understanding of the products helped us massively. She took into consideration our needs and helped us pick out the perfect bed and mattress. It was a very hot day and she also gave me an ice cold bottle of water.

Customer service was amazing! Felt like we had our very own personal shopper! First time ever purchasing a mattress so we didn’t know where to start. Georgia was very accommodating and understanding of our needs and made the whole process enjoyable!

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Charlotte in the Worcester store was amazing , her customer service was outstanding and she was extremely polite throughout the whole process also whilst keeping us safe regarding the covid precautions.

We were greeted on entrance by a extremely polite lady named Charlotte. We were looking to purchase a child’s bed, but the store only had three to view. We were shown what was available online, but without seeing it in person we didn’t feel it was worth the risk. However we ended up purchasing a new bed for ourselves, because we tried the find my bed test and was kindly provided with all the details and guidance in how to select the mattress that suited our needs and wants. All three members of staff were really nice and the service was impeccable.

Adam the gentleman who served us, was patient, attentive and very helpful throughout our time in store. There was no pressure just reliable advice and help in selecting our new mattress. The selection was broad and we had plenty of options given to us, and plenty of time to try them all out too.

Both Adam and Charlette in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel relaxed and described pros and cons of each mattress in detail. Highly recommend
