I’ve been putting off buying a much needed mattress for so long. I was dreading it as it’s an expensive minefield. The staff at Dreams Worcester were absolutely fantastic. 3 staff over 2 days helped me, Adam, James and Georgia and all 3 were simply amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and always had a happy face. To be honest all 3 of them made the whole experience fun! It wasn’t stressful like I imagined it to be. They were all very good sales people but were also honest which made the sale of 2 mattress. It was reassuring to know that all 3 of them had my best interest at heart and weren’t just interested in making a sale. They cared which today I find a rarity. Well done Dreams!

I didn’t feel pressurised

We were greeted by James at the Worcester store who gave us his complete attention, knowledge and advice through out our visit. Excellent customer service received.

James was excellent and met our needs

We were greeted at the entrance to Dreams by Naju who guided us through the maize of mattresses. He was very helpful and attentive when we needed information, and he sensitively gave us time and space for us to talk together and make our decision. We were offered a bottle of water to drink whilst we placed our order. We took advantage of the extra insurance and Naju included a mattress protector in the price. Buying a new mattress at Dreams was a good experience, and we are looking forward to our new mattress being delivered next week! Dreamy!

The salesperson, Georgie, was knowledgable and friendly. In fact, the whole team were extremely helpful.

From entering the store, James, the assistant who approached us was extremely helpful. It helped that we knew what we wanted, but he was able to direct us to the type of bed we wanted.
