Great customer service, she had great knowledge on the different beds and helped us find the one that suited us! Friendly and not pushy she let us take our time and didn’t make us feel rushed etc.

I have bought DREAMS beds before....in fact the one I have bought is replacing another Dreams bed I bought about 10 years ago..but now I felt needs replacing....although it is still ok..and in fact a friend..WANTS IT ..albeit it is an old bed she tried it out and its ..albeit older.. BETTER than her other make..and I am giving it to her..so..still not skipping a Dreams bed even when its old.....it's still desired and got innings in it yet.

Never bought a bed before, had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. Everything was explained to me quickly and efficiently.

We were served by lovely Charlotte, it was her 2nd day on the sales floor - you did AMAZING, you made sure we were comfortable from entering the store and our journey picking beds! We are really looking forward to our new bed arriving this weekend!!

I forgot his name but the man who helped us was excellent. Worked to what we wanted and when had a million questions and changed our minds here there and everywhere he kept up and even came to the recuse with the bed we ordered in the end. He is a credit too company! If it’s any help he worse a marvel face mask!

We arrived early for our booked appointment with dreams, the woman who came to help us said that didn’t matter and was extremely helpful during the visit. She had very high knowledge of the products available and what we were asking for. She maintained social distancing and wore a mask (due to the recent Covid 19 pandemic). She gave us time to discuss what we wanted and left us for a few minutes before returning. Once we had found the mattress and bed frame we wanted, the lady explained there was an offer on and proceeded to tell us the price difference We were offered tea and coffee and told about the facilities available We were also asked if we need any bedding etc, which we didn’t and the lady respected that when we had told her. at the till ordering the bed, we were shown the price breakdown and the discounts were shown She also offered us the 8 year price warranty and explained it very clearly to us and gave us an information leaflet, once we had agreed to the warranty she gave us a free mattress protector. We were offered ways to pay and how we wanted to pay, we paid in full. Overall she respected our opinions and decisions as customers which we greatly valued.
