From the moment I walked into your store I was made welcome but without overpowering me. I was shown a variety of beds and options when it came to the mattress and within twenty minutes had sorted a bed, headboard and mattress to suit my needs. I was given an option of delivery dates and came away known that I had been served well and now look forward to receiving the bed in a few weeks time.

James was very polite and knowledgeable, and was very quick to help find the right combination of bed and headboard for us.

The staff member Charlotte was very helpful, kind and patient with us. Extremely pleased with her service

Staff were very helpful and attentive, making sure we were looked after. Not just one member of staff were involved,at times up to three. Nothing was to much even offering hot drinks.

The team member we was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m never too sure about things like this and when I started talking, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted/needed.

I believe the assistant's name was James (my sincere apologies if we have this wrong- we have misplaced the leaflet with their name). To help find this assistant - our order number was: 376A001600. We had an appointment at 1100 on the 16th May 2021. We will call him James for now! James was polite, friendly, and covid-secure. We felt at absolute ease during the shopping experience. We had an idea of what we wanted before coming and James showed us the products we had in mind and also showed us similar products to ensure we were making the right decision. We did not feel pressured into purchasing the more expensive products, as James' advice was professional and honest. James even showed us the bed technology process to ensure we were selecting the right mattress for our needs.
