The customer service representative who helped us (James in the Worcester branch) was incredibly helpful and attentive and made our first bed buying experience a pleasant one from start to finish. James listened carefully to our needs and made excellent suggestions of products we might like and gave us the space to explore our options and make up our minds which we really appreciated. He was kind and friendly to chat to and eased any worries we had about the process.

Georgia was very knowledgeable and SO friendly. She was very accommodating and was not pushy about anything. We gave her price ranges and she found what we could afford etc. Really lovely lady. Store manager was really lovely too, he offered us a drink and talked to us about deals etc. Brilliant!

James (little) from Worcester was very friendly and approachable. He helped us with our sleep test and to find the right bed and also didn't pressure us for a sale immediately, allowing us the time to consider our purchase. James was very knowledgeable and also personable making the whole process really relaxing and enjoyable. The team as a whole seemed to work well together and made for a great atmosphere and shopping experience. Thanks to all the team.

The friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were he took care to listen to our needs and then showed use which would suit our needs

We were greeted by Georgia who asked us a few questions, explained about the computerised bed then afterwards showed us which beds were best suited to our needs. After showing us the beds and us trying them out, she left us to decide which we wanted. It was great customer service and she is a big asset to your company.
