When we arrived we were greeted straight away by a lovely sell assistant, who explained about the "Sleep Match" that was going to help us with our choice of a mattress. She then proceeded to show us mattresses that matched our price point but included also extra options. The whole process was so smooth.

The assistance given by Georgia was second to none. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was pleasant to talk to and was a good representative of Dreams. She made our visit stress free and we left the store feeling that we had been treated very well.

Georgia was friendly and approached us the second we walked into the store, asking if we needed assistance. She was very knowledgable on the products and catered exactly to my needs. I bought a bed for my first house and she was amazing, even provided us with an extra discount too! She’s a credit to the store!
