James the gentleman that was looking after us while purchasing our new bed was very helpful & not pushing or overbearing at all.

We were greeted as we entered the store by 'big' James (we were told to call him this to distinguish from 'little' James). He was very friendly and informative, and helped us to find the mattress best suited to our needs. The other staff were equally friendly and everyone paid attention to our 'covid' safety and the cleanliness of the areas we visited.

We were very happy because Giorgia came over to us and politely asked us if we needed any help to find things quicker or advice which was perfect. She then spent the time to understand exactly what we needed with good advice and options. Overall a very good shopping experience!
