Highly happy with the overall services I was given and a few extra discounts along the way personal thanks to Georgie at the Worcester branch for all the detailed information

The staff were patient and friendly - good hygiene in place (a lady spraying and anti-bac mattresses and pillows after customers were touching products. I was quite picky and a bit indecisive at times but they just gave advise and didn’t make me feel pressured or anything into picking. As we both had different preferences for mattresses they helped us find one we could both compromise on.

Big James in the store was very helpful without being too pushy.

Georgia was extremely helpful all staff very friendly.

Good staff engagement - not pushy, seemed very knowledgeable. Stayed around but not in a nuisance way. Offered a drink whilst going through purchase process

The assistant helping us was Big James. He was there to welcome us in store without being over the top. I always feel as if were being pushed into buying something in other stores, but not at dreams! Every time we needed help he was there straight away with the best product knowledge for us. He let us discuss our purchase between ourselves instead of listening in making us feel pressured. He is a credit to the company! Health and safety was deffinatly at a priority. Disinfected pillows and beds for us to lie on and test out the variety of mattresses. Tea, coffee and bottled water was offered to us aswell. We bought a lovely bed at a decent price and a comfy mattress (which I cant wait to be delivered!)

Georgia was credit to your company. She was very attentive and understood our needs. In fact she gave us food for thought regarding our pillows. The change we've found is incredible. I visited your Lowesmoor Place, Worcester store on the 15/12/2020 I currently work for the NHS in Theatres and ITU I was impressed with the store with regards to protecting myself and my 78 year old Mum and also protecting your staff. Adam the Manager and James are a credit to your store and were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble every process was explained clearly in a friendly timely professional manner. Also Rachel (who served me initially) who was being trained there whilst she could not be trained at home her home store in Wolverhampton due to COVID. I would not hesitate ordering anything again from this store and wish Adam, James and Rachel get the recognition they are deserve in these challenging times we are living in.

Big James really knew his product, he was knowledgable and gave us relevant information. My whole impression is that of a really good team. We could hear the other team members talking to customers in the same way.
