‘Big James’ who served clearly knew the products he was offering to us. He showed us a variety of products which he felt would suit our needs. He gave us enough time to try the products as as this is such an expensive purchase, that’s what we needed. We were definitely in the market for a new mattress, however in a small way, we felt we had to buy the mattress that day. I just want to state though, James didn’t say that and there was certainly no hard sell, it was just something we came away feeling. The overall experience though was excellent-thank you.

We were served by ‘big James’ and he was absolutely fantastic. His product knowledge was great and he really took the time to help us find the right bed frame and mattress for us. He took a great deal of consideration for our needs and made sure we were comfortable and fully clued up before making any decisions. We were both completely bowled over by how friendly and attentive the staff were and of course James in particular was outstanding. We also have to say that the covid safety measures in store were great and we felt very safe the whole time.
