We were served by ‘big James’ and he was absolutely fantastic. His product knowledge was great and he really took the time to help us find the right bed frame and mattress for us. He took a great deal of consideration for our needs and made sure we were comfortable and fully clued up before making any decisions. We were both completely bowled over by how friendly and attentive the staff were and of course James in particular was outstanding. We also have to say that the covid safety measures in store were great and we felt very safe the whole time.

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant. James was attentive to our needs, spent time explaining the products, but was at no time was he pushy or trying to rush the sale. Would happily return again for first class service like this.
