We were greeted by a friendly chap who went through the procedure of finding me the right bed by taking his time explaining everything properly to me . He was very helpful

Georgia the representative was amazing. Highly knowledgeable and spent time with me to ensure the right mattress was chosen. Sadly mattress was out of stock with no guidance of a expected delivery.

Big James was knowledgeable, friendly helpful and efficiently aided by Georgia. The only down side was the long lead time for some of the items, but James suggested a sensible mix and match solution so we don't have to sleep on the floor for too much longer.
