The welcome we received when we walked in was very good. We were offered to go on the mattress tester which was a very helpful experience. Drinks were also offered which I think is a nice touch. The knowledge of James who served us was at a high level and nothing we asked was a problem. He took a lot of time to help us choose the perfect mattress.

Were given the option to use the measuring machine (rather than forced) when looking at matresses, and staff allowed us time to chat and make a decision alone rather than pressuring for an answer.
