The assistant was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that met the results of the three minute bed test. He guided us to the relevant beds for us to try out various mattresses.

The staff at Dreams Worcester were very friendly and very knowledgable, the showroom was very clean and we were asked if we needed any help no less than a minute of walking through the door! The social distancing measures in place were very well thought out and made us feel at ease. Adam listened to our needs and made the process of buying what we needed extremely easy and did not pressure us into anything. Very happy with the whole process of buying through dreams! Great job!
