James R the sales advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, giving us time to review our options to be able to make our choice. Any questions or alternatives we requested he was able to advise on.

We walked in and were assisted straight away there was good social distancing and hand sanitiser available. staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional adhering to safety as all times. They were able to answer our questions to enable us to make our decision quickly.
