As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Georgie. She explained the Covid-19 procedures before we discussed our bed requirements. I had an idea of what I wanted and Georgie was able to explain and demonstrate what wasn't clear to me on the website. I wanted to feel the difference a solid divan vs a sprung divan. She arranged for my preferred mattress to be moved so I could test and as a result I was able to make an informed decision about the bed I chose. We were quite hesitant about committing to the sale as it was over our original budget however Georgie gave us sufficient time and space to have a discussion without feeling any pressure. We also discussed some options with the Manager who was also very knowledgeable and friendly and again didn't make us feel we were under any pressure to buy. It as an enjoyable shopping experience bearing in mind how much money we were spending.

Great service, great price. We were shopping with our elderly parent 90yrs old. Gemma was extremely patient and helpful.
