We were welcomed in to the store as soon as we stepped in. We were not forced into any purchase and the salesman (James) was very good at understanding what we were looking for and explained everything really well. He gave us plenty of options and time to think about our decision. Nothing was too much for James and he went out of his way to be off assistance when needed. Keep up the good work James.

Excellent customer service from both Georgia and James, really lovely members of staff who care so much about the customer. Both members of staff made our visit really personable whilst maintaining social distancing measures at all times. All surfaces were wiped down before and after use and we felt very comfortable in store.
