Went in to view a mattress i had seen on line, unfortunately the store didn't have the exact one but the salesman showed me to one which was virtually the same.

The service I received in store was excellent. The staff member was very efficient, knowledgeable, and paid attention to social distancing and covid measures. She was very helpful and I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a bed/bedding in future.

Adam from Worcester Dreams was fantastic. From the moment I entered the shop he greeted me on both occasions. He was very polite, had fantastic knowledge about all the products. He listened and really considered what mattress ect would suit my Grandma best (as she is unable to make a trip into the store to try any of the mattress her self) I went home to think about it and went back yesterday to place my order. All the COVID safety messaures made me feel safe and protected. I look forward to the delivery of this wonderful bed. I will 100% be back when I need bed for my own house 😃. Thank you Adam for all your help.
