I have received a first class costumer service form James. All my questions were addressed and answered. James did not try to just sell my the product , he has focused no my needs (lower back pain) & available budget .

James the sales person was polite and most helpful and not pushy He explained the difference between each mattress and made sure we understood the different products His knowledge was very impressive
