We arrived at the Worcester store and was greeted by a very nice man called Adam, we knew what we were looking for but he guided us through and we were very happy when we chose our two new beds, there was plenty of hand gel around the store and covers so we could try the bed for firmness, we would like to thank Adam for all his excellent help, and we await our new beds in due course.

James was the single best part about my experience, he isn’t like these other salesman. People buy from people and this is why I would happily return when I do up my next bedroom

Our member of staff (James i think) was absolutely brilliant. Took us through loads of options, offered us tea, made us feel relaxed and easy and made the experience really enjoyable. Definitely recommend.
