James, was very friendly, helpful & had great product knowledge. He took the time to allow me to try several different mattresses and make sure I was happy with my final choice.

James listened to our requirements as they were quite specific due to one of us suffering lower back pain. James analysed our needs through using the sleep match technology and then showed us a range of mattresses that would have been suitable. We then spent some time going through different bed frames and headboards again James was really helpful with this as we had the colour in mind we wanted and he managed to again meet our requirements showing us different options. We had no intentions of paying £1758 but James explained fully all the benefits of having a suitable product for our needs and even managed to offer a 0% interest free offer. Overall James was knowledgeable, friendly, he listened and was able to meet our needs.
