It's my first bed for my first home and I didn't really know what I was looking for but James was so helpful and talked me through everything.

Both Giorgia and James were very helpful at your Worcester store both had a lot of time for us and considering they do not have a manager they were very professional. Would definitely recommend both.

We booked an appointment online and were greeted a couple of minutes after we entered the store. We were both offered a drink straight away and James was very friendly and professional. We were offered the choice to use the sleepmatch computer which was the reason why we choose a Dreams store. It was very interesting. James walked us round the store and really listened to what we were saying to try and best understand what we were looking for. He was always trying to find a good mattress for the both of us. The whole service from start to finish was really good.

Friendly helpful staff always makes a good experience whether you find what you are looking for or not. I only went in to store to view some items I had been looking at on the internet originally not to purchase but they where so helpful in finding what I needed that I made a purchase.

Served by Georgia at Worcester. She was very knowledgable, friendly, polite and courteous. The completion of the sale was quick and straightforward.

After the machine ran it's test on me the assistant stepped in to explain the results of the Sleepmatch test and show me which mattresses the machine had suggested. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the assistants and their understanding of my needs. They were friendly and so helpful - I was even offered a cup of tea! Thanks to the assistant's help I was able to find the best bed for me and keep it on budget. The bed was delivered on time and assembled perfectly, they took away all the packing, too. The bed looks great and the mattress is so comfy :-)
