The Sleepmatch was really helpful in recommending the best mattress for my body shape and preferred sleeping position. After the machine ran it's test on me the assistant stepped in to explain the results of the Sleepmatch test and show me which mattresses the machine had suggested. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the assistants and their understanding of my needs. They were friendly and so helpful - I was even offered a cup of tea! Thanks to the assistant's help I was able to find the best bed for me and keep it on budget. The bed was delivered on time and assembled perfectly, they took away all the packing, too. The bed looks great and the mattress is so comfy :-)

Excellent customer service by Georgia. She was friendly, helpful and explained the whole process and the differences in the products on offer. Showed us the products relevant to our requirements and was never at any point pushy or steering us towards a more expensive product. Patiently answered our questions and allowing us to go backwards and forwards to compare various products prior to making our decision.

Georgia was very helpful in choosing a mattress, we used the sleep match machine then we were shown all our options.

The young lady who served us was extremely friendly, willing to help, explained things clearly, answered all our questions and despite the fact the store was shortly closing, we felt under no pressure to rush. She was fantastic....
