A very professional service . Georgia was extremely helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products. She assisted us in choosing the right mattress for us and we were able to lie on them too. Exceptional service, delivery within a couple of weeks and they will even take your old bed and mattress away for re-cycling. Would highly recommend.

The young lady that served us was very attentive ,in fact could not have been more helpful. She offered us a drink and plllows if we wanted to lay down. I was on my mobility scooter and she made sure I had access to all parts of the store. I was very impressed. She was at the door as we walked in and gave us her full attention . Cannot fault the service we received in selecting the bed frame and matress, placing the order, payment and date arranged for delivery.

We were greeted by the friendly store assistant. We told her what we were looking for, she promptly showed us the options available to us. She left us to browse the store, and only came back to us when she could see we wanted assistance. At no point was the assistant pushy or followed us around the store. We were also offered a hot drink/soft drink. Overall we would highly recommend the Worcester Dreams store.

Charlotte was quick to understand our needs and was helpful and friendly without being pushy. The manager was very helpful in dealing with our follow up telephone enquiries
