I was amazed by the level of service by James - he was knowledgeable, personable and friendly throughout. One of the best customer experiences I have had - a genuinely nice and friendly guy.

The shop was clean & tidy and the staff helpful & polite. The product we required was shown to us and we were allowed to try it out. After viewing a number of different options, we chose the item we required and progressed through the ordering process. However, we were informed that delivery would not be until the same date next month!!

Friendly and knowledgeable assistant who was extremely helpful.

The assistant explained everything to my dad, Mr Wake (he is 85, in the early stages of dementia and is partially deaf). He guided him through the process from trying out the virtual bed to trying out the actual product, made him tea, helped him find the bathroom and listened to is needs

We entered the store and were immediately approached by a member of staff who directed us to exactly what we wanted to see. She was friendly, competent and understood our needs.

We did not feel rushed but the assistance was very knowledgeable. Even offered us a cup of coffee after we had had a lie down on the bed.

I was extremely satisfied. The assistant was amazing. I did have a cheaper price on mattress we brought online. This couldn’t be matched but the assistant gave us 5% off the mattress...we ordered furniture, mattress, pillows and bed. So a large order. I have my own business not far from the dreams in worcester and would happily share my experience with colleagues and clients

James explained the various options in the range of mattresses very clearly and in a friendly way without giving us the hard sell. His female colleague made a coffee for us very quickly too!
