Went into the Worcester store looking for an ottoman bed, found them relatively quickly, wasn't pounced on straight away which i like, was offered a coffee whilst looking & salesman was very knowledgeable but at the same time didn't pressure me.

The overall experience was brilliant, as soon as we walked in there were friendly faces to greet us. A young girl called Lauren helped me throughout she was amazing and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!!
