We were able to browse freely after initial contact with staff. When we were ready to experience the mattress programme Giorgia was on hand to guide us and continued to help with our bed and mattress selection. Thank you to her for her politeness and bed knowledge.

Dealt with by store manager who was polite but not pushy and seemed to have a good knowledge of the products he was selling.

We were impressed with the bed experience to give us an idea of the type of mattress required for our needs. We were not rushed into our final choice. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with a cup of tea.

Used the bed simulator on arrival, was shown the selection of beds which best suited me. Once this was complete was then able to view, test and be shown which one would be best suited and ideal for the situation I was in. I feel like I have made the right choice by visiting the store and testing these in person. This was helped greatly by the friendly staff which took the time to observe my choices and best options. Highly recommend.

The Products and Showroom looked and felt Good. The technology was up to date and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Some items were not available (inevitably) but a search online covered most other options, styles and models etc. The Store Manager Adam (at Worcester) was very helpful, relaxed and tolerant!

James spent a great deal of time with us, he took time to understand what we were looking for and found the product we liked. He built a good raport with us and spent time and had a lot of patience with us and our decision making. We had two young children with us and he was accommodating to them also, all helping our experience

Lovely friendly members of staff in the new Worcester store! Very helpful, I was seen to straight away and my order was placed within 15 minutes, seamless delivery of a service! Only issue was that the mattress ordered was not available in the store but the store assistant directed me to one that they did have in store that would feel pretty much the same so I still left satisfied that I had chose the right product!
