Very Friendly staff, explained everything clearly and provided answers for any questions

Called into store yesterday which was the first day of opening for this new store, was greeted byJames who was very helpful and friendly. His product knowledge was excellent and although we decided not to go ahead with purchasing a mattress we definitely will at some point in the future. However we did decide to purchase a bed frame today and were again assisted by James. I wish James well in his career with your company and will definitely ask for his assistance when we wish to make a future purchase

Great service from Giorgia in store - she took time to explain available options, differences between products,etc - and overall was very pleasant to deal with.

I went to buy a new Hypnos mattress and a headboard. I have bought Hypnos for a long time. I couldn't get a Hypnos mattress and the colleague explained why - she was excellent. The headboard selection was uninspiring, homogenous and insipid with an emphasis on dark colours. This is NOT a reflection on the store or staff, rather a reflection on the buying for the company. Something more interesting and stylish is needed.

I am yet to receive the actual bed and once I have that then I'm sure it will all be highly satisfied Georgie in store at Worcester was very helpful and made our experience very positive and we still can't get over the delivery time i.e. within 5 working days really excited about receiving the bed and mattress

Everything was fine although delivery time was a bit disappointing

Wish there was more choice

It would have been better to find all the same types of mattresses grouped together for comparison instead of trying to remember which ones we had looked at and where they were.
