Adam was fab, helped us with choosing our new mattress and pillows and was very knowledgeable.

The shop assistant, sorry, don’t remember the name, was extremely helpful! She made sure we got the best service possible.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to decide.

Charlotte was a very polite young lady and talked me through the process of my needs of the right mattress for myself it was my first experience of going through the process and she explained all positives of sleeping on the right mattress and I would like to thank Charlotte for all her .

Myself and my partner aren't usually keen on going into furniture stores as we get put off by staff bothering us. But as soon as we walked into Dreams Worcester, Adam greeted us and asked if we would like any assistance or advice or left to our own devices. We said we could do with some advice as we both have different sleeping patterns. He then suggested trying out sleepmatch. We did and it came back with surprising results. Adam then showed us and let us try out some different mattresses. We ended up going with a ex display mattress which was greatly reduced. Adam was very engaging without being unbearing. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

Very knowledge about the products that were available and were prepared the spend time to chat through the ranges. Great customer service. And carried the mattress to the car and waited whilst I sorted the car out!!
