l feel that l had spend a lot of money in dreams and was still asked to pay for a delivery slot myself and my wife work full time and have nobody to take delivery

I felt really mislead from start to finish. The website clearly say there is a Summer sale going, and it certainly was not obvious in the shop. This is clearly a very serious matter and border line extremely prejudicial. I disliked very much we were at no time told about price, and we were only shown top of the range mattresses. Till the very end I was waiting for : "And of course in the sale the price would be..." Not only it never came, but we were told to choose a slot for delivery we would have to pay extra, we were not even offered a pillow after spending £1000 for a single mattress.

Range of available beds too small The one we were best suited was not one of the beds on offer so no sale was made. Store inflexible and wouldn’t include the offer on the bed we wanted
