Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and set up nicely. Nice variety of products. Staff was helpful. Felt like a peaceful environment.

I was meeting my son and his girlfriend for lunch and they had planned on going to the bird shows planned for the 3 year anniversary. So we met up, the store was a little crowded, but that is to be expected when they have a big show going on in the parking lot. We picked out our items and went to the register. Always friendly is the staff and they are always willing to help you get your items to the car. As I often get several bags of food this is a big help. The show with the raptors and the owls was so informative and fun. Made my daughter jealous as she didn't get a chance to pet an African crow!

Owner Mike Larsen is friendly, highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in recommending products and merchandise. The selection of merchandise is vast with both food for birds but some very lovely gift items as well. The only reason I am unlikely to visit the store again within the next 60 days is the distance from my home -- about an hour drive.
