The lady who helped me was so informed about the best approaches of what would work for my mother in law for Xmas. She is a keeper for sure! She made the trip so pleasant and was an expert in up selling in a non pushy way. I will be back for sure.

Went in store upset about bird of prey attacking my birds outside window. The staff, including the owner, was very understanding and reassuring it was part of the natural cycle. I did buy a ground feeder and supplies for my deck which is exposed so they can see birds of prey coming.

Just a great place to shop!! Owner and staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is always fully stocked and very clean! It’s always a joy to visit. My mom and I love it! ❤️
