The staff are friendly and exceptionally well informed!! Our only disappointment has been that we can't get an extended swag arm for our deck set-up. But the staff has patiently explained that they cannot get the extended arm due to supply issues, so we know its not the store's fault. Otherwise, we love the store!!!
