Store associates were very friendly and kind. Also asked every customer to hand sanitizer as soon as they came in which I appreciated!

Both the ladies were very knowledgeable about the products and were able to suggest items to me that fit my needs. They were also very patient with me as it was hard for me to decide because I wanted it all.

Polite friendly and professional staff that is always willing to take that extra step with their service.

The staff are especially knowledgeable about birds in the region, and all factors involved in attracting/feeding them. The products offered are of the highest quality, and I've never been less than highly satisfied!

The store and staff are perfect there's literally nothing I would change about it. Friendly people, stocked shelves, informative presentations of store offerings are well laid out throughout. It's just a very easy place to get in and out of or hangout and learn if you feel up to it. Sometimes I'm in a real rush and sometimes I want to chit chat and the staff seems very comfortable with both.

They had two options for the merchandise I was seeking.

Although I have never visited the store in person, I love this place. Leslie, Mike, and the workers are so kind and efficient. Will continue to order from them!
