They had the bird seed i needed, in the quantity i needed, and it was ready for pickup shortly after i completed my order online. Mike brought my order to my car with a smile.

The staff are outstanding! Not only is their knowledge superior, but just their over demeanor and friendliness is above and beyond. I am fairly new to watching/feeding birds (and squirrels) and the staff has been ever so helpful. Oh! And we love the deck system. Our deck railing isn't "normal" and so finding a system that has worked for our deck and having the add-ons has been great. My husband is happy because the seed is off of the deck and I am happy because we can now have multiple feeders. LOL, and I guess I should add that the birds (and squirrels) are loving the new deck system and feeders as well :)

I had never been in the store and now that I have I love it and I will be back again and again! They have so many items that you can't find anywhere else and the staff is really knowledgeable and really wonderful!

We were pleasantly surprised when the delivery guy showed up. We had no idea they would actually deliver the stuff - we thought it would get boxed and shipped. We've looked at a lot of options and the WBU gear appears to be the highest quality and gets the best reviews.

Wild Birds Unlimited is a great company to deal with. The quality of the products is first-class and the store's personnel are very professional and congenial. It is terrific that we have such a store so close to us, which makes it easy to shop for our feathered and furry creatures!
