They know their stuff when it comes to birds

I was very satisfied with my WBU experience because the bird seed is top quality and there is a larger variety from which to select. The staff at the store was friendly and helpful. I easily placed my order and it was ready for pickup almost immediately. I was able to schedule a pickup time that was convenient for me and didn't have to wait for someone to deliver my order to the car.

Finally found food for the birds that the squirrels leave alone. And your delivery was GREAT

Mike and his associates are all knowledgeable and easy to engage with. Even with masks, Mike recognizes me and addresses me by name.

Warm welcome, always helpful with finding a product and toting bags to the car.

All of the employees at the Gainesville location are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. All of the employees really love to share information and answer questions. Mike has taught me something new each time I visit. I have always enjoyed seeing birds in my yard —especially, my Blue birds, hummingbirds and Cardinals. Now, after purchasing two feeding systems and learning about some of the other types of birds, I have a new appreciation for Bluejays. I am now putting peanuts out for them...I never did that before shopping at your store. Soon, at the rate I am shopping, I will have an annex of your store in my back yard! There’s nothing wrong with that! I’m sure my birds will remain very happy and spoiled...just like my GoldenDoodles!
